Cizhong

Cizhong is a Mekong-side village in Deqin County, northwest Yunnan, at roughly 2,200 metres where Tibetan and Naxi Catholic life meets century-old Rose Honey vines. Reach it via Diqing Shangri-La Airport and a long mountain transfer through Deqin; private drivers are more practical than buses when road weather turns.
