Why it is here
Milan is where Asian designers, manufacturers, material traditions and hospitality ideas enter the global interiors conversation at full scale. The fairgrounds show the industry; the city reveals how those ideas are staged and absorbed.
Plan it well
Separate Salone at Rho from Fuorisalone in the city when planning each day. Brera, 5VIE and Alcova-style satellite programmes require different routes, and attempting both fairgrounds and city openings without a plan wastes the week.
